The other day I felt the urge to stop off at Barnes & Noble bookstore. I hadn't planned on anything in particular to pick up, but when I saw Paula Deen's book on the clearance table I quickly took a peek at it. Regularly this book would have been $25 but I only paid $5.30 for it.I have been a fan of Paula ever since I first saw her on the Food Network years ago and have grown to love her more and more. The story of her hardship turn to the American dream is so inspiring. I have only read the forward and chapter 1 so far, but from what I see, it looks like will be a great read. I can't wait to delve more into the book and meet the Paula that t.v. doesn't show.
