100 Pounds Of Crawfish To Be Had

I am not a fan of crawfish but since the Church was hosting it's first annual crawfish boil, I knew I wanted to go and support things. There was a great turn out and things went swimmingly. Best of all...the outreach was free to the community! GOD can even bless you with crawfish....how cool is that!!

We even had an unexpected celebrity show up...."ZZ Top".... yes, that is this precious little ones name. *grin* And yes, she ate her fair share of those mud bugs too!

*Drooling* Oh my goodness, seeing that picture practically brought tears to my eyes. lol I miss boiled crawfish SO much! My family is from Louisiana. I was the only one born and raised in TX. I however am now in Idaho, the state that has no clue what crawfish is. :/ I'm glad y'all had a good turn out. Thanks for posting the picture :)

Oh me oh my that looks delish!
Just today I found a local place that serves crawfish and I'm super excited to pop in on lunch sometime soon. BTW, I live in Washington so crawfish dives are few and VERY far between. :)

Oh my goodness, I am drooling over that picture! I grew up in a suburb of New Orleans, and I love crawfish boils! *sigh* I was fortunate to find a very good Cajun market here in my town in Texas, but it can be a bit pricey. It's more of a treat.
