Saturday Synopsis

It was a leisurely Saturday. The sun was shining and a nice breeze was blowing. What better day than this to get out of the house and enjoy the sunshine. So where did I go?? The local mall. Yes, it was pretty out and I opted to go indoors. Go figure. But the view from the vehicle was most enjoyable! *grin*

After a quick browse around Bath and Body Works, I soon realized there were some deals to be had. My Mom was in the market for some new perfume and it happened that they had a special going right now...buy 1 perfume get a free full size lotion. Also, combine that with the buy 2 get 1 free on any product offer and that made it a real bargain. So she was able to get 3 bottles of perfume and 3 lotions for the price of 2 perfumes only! That was a great deal. They also had their hand cream on sale that is just heavenly.

Later, I checked the mail and my book was here! I began reading it last night, but I admit, I was so sleepy that I didn't get too far into it yet. There's always time for a little reading today. So that will certainly be on my agenda, even if only for a few minutes.
