The weather in my neck of the woods:
Bright & sunny
One of my simple pleasures:
Walking around our home and property & basking
in the knowledge that all of it was made possible
because of the LORD
On my bedside table:
Southern Living magazine
On my TV:
"Changing Your World" with Creflo Dollar
On the menu for tonight:
Sausage & Potatoes
On my To Do List:
Tidying house, bread baking, laundry
New Recipe I tried last week:
Cinnamon, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Swirl Cookies
In the craft basket:
An apron that I meed to cut out and sew
Looking forward to:
Much cooler weather to kill off the fleas
and nasty mosquitoes
Homemaking Tip for this week:
A home keeping schedule can help keep you
organized and on track
Favorite Blog Post of the week (mine or other):
There wasn't one post in particular but the entire
site...My Italian Grandmother, Recipes Inspired
By My Italian Grandmother
Favorite photo from last week:
Lesson learned the past few days:
Hubby & I have encountered an issue with a group
of individuals that have purposed to make another
family's business that of everyone else. People need
to be more concerned and focused on their own life
& family and stay out of others, especially when
it doesn't concern them in the first place.
On my Prayer List:
My Hubby, our family, our Church & Church family, the government &
our local officials, for a closer relationship with my LORD,
for our children & our grandchildren
Devotionals, Scripture Reading, Key Verses:
Matthew 7:1-5 "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with
what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what
measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And
why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye,
but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the
mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine
own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out
of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly
to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye."

I going to make some bread this week, the weather will be cool enough to have the oven on now!
Those cookies have been added to my to try pile. They sound very good. Happy Monday.
Great lesson!! Love that picture. Very cute. :)
Have a good day.
Sausage and potatoes is one of our family favorites. How do you make yours? I made up our family's recipe a while back and I've never known anyone else who makes it. I'd love to hear how you make yours! :)
Great lesson :)
Thanks for the link, I'm going to check it out, sounds like my kind of blog :)
