While harvesting some of our herbs, I noticed that our cilantro had gotten a bit tall and was blooming. Well, I knew that soon it would be turning to seed (coriander actually) so instead of letting it go that far, I decided to cut it back and use the blooms to make a centerpiece for the breakfast table. I already had the mason jar so this was truly a budget friendly way to decorate. Not to mention it also makes the room smell heavenly. I think I would make Sandra Lee proud! *grin*

Well, how clever, I can't get my cilantro to grow that big, now my chives maybe...lol...I have problems growing herbs. Dill, chives and parsley are the only ones that survive for me.
