I have always been fascinated by the Amish history, foods, people, faith, crafts...etc. Awhile back I happened upon a blog that I immediately had to bookmark called "A Joyful Chaos." The sweet writer of the blog is a "former Amish who shares memories of growing up Amish and the journey that brought her to where she is today."
