This and That...

The line wasn't bad at all when I went to get my free ice cream from Ben & Jerry's and since it was a sunny day, I didn't mind the short wait outside the store at all. I admit though, I am (was) a Ben & Jerry virgin, so I had no idea what to order. I finally decided on Phish Food. I am a rocky road fan so this was as close as they had to it. You know what...it was pretty yummy! The best thing on this offer is that you can go through the line as many times as you want and get more. The only catch was that they ask you to finish your existing ice cream scoop before you go back. Sounds pretty reasonable to me. Although I didn't take them up on the offer for a repeat return, I did think it was a good way to whet your taste buds on multiple flavors without spending a dime!

After my tasty treat, I went by the fabric store to pick up more elastic and thread to finish making more undergarments. I just love those handy, dandy coupons they send you in the mail. I was so pleased to see my total after the discounts....$9.16! Wow! How often do you get out of the fabric store for less than 10 bucks and have everything you needed!?! Not very often in my case.

My dinner (mini meat loaf patties, homemade garlic mashed potatoes w/gravy and green beans) will soon be ready and then it will be time to relax and watch the Biggest Looser. Hmm...does the calorie content in a snickers ice cream bar still count if I'm at least watching exercise!?! *grin* Have a great remainder of your Tuesday!
