Rain, Rain, Go Away!

Well...I know it's nothing like the snow that others are facing, but I have my own beef with Mother Nature right now. The excessive rain!!! We have had rain for I don't know how many days & weeks now, and frankly...I am so tired of it. The pasture is flooded and so is our garden. Thankfully though we are still in the pre-planting stages so none of the vegetables were out there to be ruined by it all.

Come on Spring! I can't wait for you to get here. In the meantime, can you send your buddy Mr. Sunshine to peek his head out of the clouds for a few days to help warm and dry everything up?

When it was hot last summer, I was asking "When will it be Fall?" Now, I am asking when will it be Spring. We have had a rougher Winter than usual. We have had snow for the past two weekends and they are now calling for snow tonight. Parts of our state had it really bad last weekend as the storm when north.
I wish you a Happy Valentine's Day.
Love,
Marie

I would love to send Mr Sunshine your way if only I could find him. I think we have a snow storm coming Sunday. I know what you mean~I so have Cabin Fever. I can't wait to get my hands in the dirt under all that SNOW!
Surely it can't be far away~
Happy Valentines weekend~

Oh, just looking at these pictures make me feel chilled! We're eyeball deep in snow, but there's something about rain that's so depressing! It's so grey!

I can understand that you want spring to come soon. Where I live, it rains one day, then we get a few days break with over-cast/sunshine, then it's back to rain again, ugh! It will be nice when the weather stays consistant. I guess I can be thankful that I don't live in the snowy regins because I don't think that I could deal very well with cold snowy weather.

We had 36 degrees and RAIN all night long down here on the Gulf Coast, so not cold enough to snow. Left plenty of water on the ground though and now, it's 31 degrees. I'm ready for spring too, but could skip summer altogether personally.
