Farmhouse Kitchen

Sometimes checking the mail can result in great things, which was the case today. Upon thumbing through the envelopes and catalogs I saw one particular item that was of course the first thing I opened. As I opened and read the enclosed letter I couldn't help but smile. It was from my all time favorite cookbook company, Gooseberry Patch. They are going to print another one of my recipes in an upcoming book, titled "Farmhouse Kitchen." This is always such an awesome feeling when one of your everyday menu items is selected for print.

Now comes the hard part...waiting for July when the book is released and my free copy is sent. Woo Hoo!

How exciting, and congrats!!! I love Gooseberry Patch, and had one of my recipes printed in one of their cookbooks years ago - their Hometown Favorites cookbook. Such a nice cookbook to have gotten for free.
